Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using 301.st as an operations control plane for domains, structure, and routing workflows.
In Short
By using 301.st, you agree to use the service lawfully, protect your account, and only connect infrastructure and provider access that you are authorized to manage.
We agree to provide the service as described, protect the platform reasonably, and communicate important changes when they materially affect use of the product.
What the Service Is
- An operations layer for integrations, domains, projects, sites, redirects, and related workflows.
- A control surface that works with infrastructure you already own.
- A product that may depend on third-party providers to perform the actions you configure.
What the Service Is Not
- Not a replacement for your Cloudflare account or your registrar.
- Not a guarantee that third-party providers will always be available or accept every requested action.
- Not a transfer of ownership over your domains, zones, or external infrastructure.
Your Responsibilities
- Keep account information reasonably accurate and protect your login credentials.
- Only connect provider accounts, domains, and infrastructure you are allowed to manage.
- Use the service lawfully and avoid abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or clearly malicious activity.
- Review the consequences of your own routing, redirect, and integration changes before pushing them into production.
- Revoke or rotate credentials when your internal access policies require it.
Third-Party Services and Your Infrastructure
301.st operates through providers and credentials that you choose to connect. If a third-party service is unavailable, rate-limits requests, changes its rules, or revokes access, that can affect what 301.st can do for your account.
You remain responsible for the infrastructure, permissions, and provider relationships behind the workflows you run.
Changes, Beta Status, and Pricing
The product may continue to evolve, especially in beta or early rollout phases. Features, limits, and workflows may change as the platform matures.
If pricing or billing terms materially change, we will communicate that before charging for a plan that was not previously paid.
Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend or limit access if an account is being used for abuse, fraud, harmful activity, or serious policy violations.
- We may also act when activity creates clear risk for the platform, other customers, or connected providers.
- You may stop using the service and request account deletion in line with the privacy policy.
Disclaimers and Limits
301.st is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the platform reliable, but we cannot promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party provider outages, revoked credentials, unsupported use, unlawful activity, or configuration choices made by the customer or someone acting with their access.
If you need custom contractual treatment, enterprise terms, or a separate commercial arrangement, a written agreement can override this public page where applicable.
